Prepare for the holidays by hand-crafting gifts from clay!

Join instructor Chris Scherbarth for three evenings and learn the tricks of making and decorating functional forms shaped from clay slabs. In the first two sessions, you’ll be given the tools and time to make several of the following items: soap dish, jewellery dish, small serving plate, spoon rest, tumbler, mug, pen caddy and small pitcher.

In the third session you will glaze your work and submit it to the magic and mystery of a glaze-firing.

Chris will provide project examples and decorating tools to inspire you. Each item you make will be a one-of-a-kind piece owing to your unique design and glaze choices.
