If you find yourself frustrated or confused when it comes time to glaze your work, or just want to up your glazing skills, this glaze refresher session is for you. We will review all the steps needed to prepare your bisqueware and finish it with glaze. We will learn how to dip, brush, paint, pour and layer glazes and explore underglazes and glaze resists. Students can bring their own work or use abandoned bisque to practice their glazing. The pieces will be fired and available for pick up a few weeks after class.

This workshop is for people who have accumulated enough class hours to work independently in the Arts Underground ceramic studio, or for those who have their own studios and want to up their glaze game.
