In this 3 hour workshop, Jai, a Vancouver-based ceramic artist, will lead participants through making their own one-part plaster molds. Sprig molds are great for adding repeated textures onto your thrown or hand built ceramic creations, and is easy to make your own once you learn how to work the plaster. Bring about 5 objects to choose from and you will get to make 2 or 3 of them into molds. Jai will go over the basics of using plaster as well.
