Please join us on Friday, May 1, for the official opening of our two new exhibitions, ‘Solar Powered: Abstract Expressions of Light and Colour’ by Juliann Fraser in the Focus Gallery, and 'Searching For the Light' by Bev Brown in the Edge Gallery.

'Yukon Scenes' by MacBride Museum remains on view in the Hougen Heritage Gallery.

All are welcome to attend this free event. A chairlift is available for those who require mobility assistance. Food and drinks will be provided.

Air North, Yukon's Airline is also sponsoring another draw at this month’s First Friday Art Crawl. After visiting all three galleries during the crawl (Arts Underground, Yukon Artists at Work, and Northern Cultural Expressions Society), visitors can enter to win a $100 gift certificate. Once you've completed your crawl, and had your "punch card" validated, fill out your contact information and put in the draw box at any of the venues.

The draw will take place the following Tuesday after the event, and the winners will be notified through their provided contact information.
